Hiniling ng party list group na Trade Union Congress of the Philippines na wakasan na ang contractualization dahil itoây paghamak at paglabag sa karapatan ng mga manggagawa na magkaroon ng permanente at disenteng trabaho.
Sa ilalim ng Labor Code, ang mga may-ari ng kumpanya ay pinapayagang tumanggap ng mga trabahante na magtatrabaho sa loob ng limang buwan para maiwasan ang regularization at ang mga kaakibat na gastusin sa mga benepisyo.
Kadalasan ang mga trabahanteng contractual ay galing sa mahirap na pamilya at napipilitan lang na pumayag sa mga di kanais-nais na kondisyon sa trabaho.
