The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) is the official organization of contact centers in the country. It was established in October 2001 by seven founding member companies and now counts among its members 56 of outsource and in-house contact centers, representing more than two-thirds of call center seats nationwide.

What we do

CCAP actively promotes the contact center industry here and abroad by:
– joining trade missions
– attending conferences
– developing industry standards and practices
– organizing events aimed at building solidarity among one another

Events

The Contact Center Association of the Philippines has been very active in organizing, learning, networking, and social events.

Annual Call Center Conference & Expo

The Call Center Conference & Expo is the premier learning event for the contact center industry. The event combines an industry conference tackling the major issues and trends, an exhibit of the latest products and solutions, and a job fair for industry professionals and fresh graduates.

Call Center 101

The Call Center 101 is a seminar for call center operations managers as part of the CCAP Learning Event series. The event addresses issues and challenges faced by site directors, call center managers, and operations managers of outsource and in-house contact centers.

Call Center Executives Golf Challenge

The Call Center Executives Golf Challenge is an exclusive, invitational golf tournament aimed at fostering camaraderie and networking among the industry’s major players. It gathers together the call center and golf communities by inviting call center vendors and service providers and professional golf players and golf journalists. It is an unforgettable, fun-filled day of golf, lunch, and raffle prizes galore.

Jammin’ Call Center Battle of the Bands

Jammin’ Call center Battle of the Bands is an amateur rock band competition among members of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). It is the first event that gathered the best call center brands.
