Study, work opportunities in Australia made more accessible for Filipinos

MANILA, Philippines – An affordable, accessible and portable education pathway is available for Filipinos to study and be equipped to take advantage of work opportunities in Australia.

This opportunity provides access to world-class, quality education. For those who thought it was beyond their means will now find this program very affordable. With 23 years of experience as a training and consulting firm, Integrative Learning International (IL Institute) is offering the Study and Work Australia program.

The thrust of the program is to provide study and work opportunities through its Aged Care program for Filipinos. Students complete three months of Australian accredited training in the Philippines. After which they are qualified to work within the growing aged care industry in Australia, while simultaneously continuing their studies to Diploma level in Australia over a two-year period.

Recently, IL Institute opened an office in Queensland on the Gold Coast to further support Filipino the Australian Securities & Investments Commission awarded a Certificate of Registration acknowledging Integrative Learning Institute (Australia) Pty. Ltd.

“This comes as an integral part of IL Institute’s long-term vision of providing globalized education and student support services,” says Jerry Perez De Tagle, IL Institute Philippines president.

After taking the Aged Care Certificate III in the Philippines, the students can choose to further their study to Diploma level in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide or the Gold Coast,” he explained.

To formally launch IL Institute (Australia) Pty. Ltd., the company is also bringing in from Queensland its executive director, Stirling Donaldson, who has over 17 years of extensive experience in senior management on vocational education. Mr. Donaldson will ensure that graduates become acculturated and job-ready to meet specific industry needs in Australia.

Since IL Institute started operations in October 2007, more than 900 students have registered and enrolled in the Study WorkAustralia.com program and a total of 138 graduates have successfully received their visas to continue their studies in Australia.

IL Institute has partnered with equally well-known institutions in the UK (the Edinburgh’s Telford College), Canada (Seneca College, Centennial College), New Zealand (Wintec College), and in the USA (DeVry Colleges) to provide more opportunities for IL Institute students to create a better future abroad.

IL Institute has offices in Manila, Davao, Cebu and Baguio and in 9 satellite facilities that blankets its services in the Philippines. IL Institute makes it clear that it is not a placement agency.
