Free English training at Quezon City call center school

MANILA, Philippines – A much-sought-after facility for call center and English proficiency programs in Quezon City is offering Free Basic English Training (FBEST) to job applicants.

The JIB e-Academy and Solutions is conducting the FBEST as a crash course on the essentials of English while providing call center training to applicants in just two sessions.

A complete package in itself, the FBEST workshop corrects lapses in grammar and pronunciation, builds vocabulary, enhances computer and navigation skills, and teaches excellent customer service.

In addition, participants are also given tips on resumé preparation and how to pass interviews.

With the aggressive recruitment being done by call centers for their immediate requirements, the JIB e-Academy tries to reach out to more people by availing themselves of free workshops.

The FBEST is also open to other individuals eyeing careers in hotels, banks, malls, and other establishments to help them meet the communication requirements of their target jobs.

Schools and groups may also avail themselves of the FBEST by calling the JIB e-Academy for an exclusive workshop. However, the JIB e-Academy shall accommodate such requests only up to May 29, 2010.

The FBEST is JIB e-Academy’s way of helping the industry cope with the growing demand for qualified manpower.

The JIB e-Academy is also offering a 100-hour finishing course for call center agents.  This is a more comprehensive course that gives trainees core skills, competencies, and the confidence to provide excellent customer care and handling.

The academy has also partnered with international call centers in Manila to provide job placements for its graduates. This service is free.

More information on FBEST and other training courses can be obtained from the JIB e-Academy with telephone numbers 631-9856 and 6314540, and mobile numbers 09184070434 and 09228245010; visit www.jibeacademy.com.ph.–(The Philippine Star)
