sana may programang gawin ang mga bishops sa lahat ng kanilang parishes: example, sa bawat lampas sa 3 o 4 na anak kada pamilya, bukod sa magandang pangaral, ang simbahan ang (1) magpapakain ng masustansya at masarap sa mga bata (2) magbabayad sa dental, optical at medical expenses ng mga bata at (3) magbibigay ng full scholarships sa reputable schools or catholic schools hanggang makatapos sa college ang mga bata.

kahit na newsworthy ang kaso ni Baby George na sinasabing ipinanganak sa Gulf Air at itinapon sa basurahan ng nasabing eroplano, para sa kanyang pangmatagalang kapakanan, hindi dapat ipinapakita ang kanyang mukha sa television at newspaper. hindi ako sumasangayon sa ginawa at sa klase ng pagaabandona sa kanya. higit sa lahat sya ay may karapatang mabuhay at arugain. pero kinakailangang malaman ang sirkumstansya at istorya ng kanyang mga magulang – babae at lalake. at base duon, kasama na ng pamilya at lipunang kanilang ginagalawan at sa mga umiiral na panuntunan, ano ang kanilang mga pananagutan, ganun din ng bayan.
