A construction worker died after falling off a bridge in Paracale town in Camarines Sur province Tuesday morning.
Rescue teams needed five hours to find the body of the victim initially identified as Arnold Caña, 41, radio dzBB’s Bicol affiliate Boy Reyta Jr. reported. The body was finally found at 11:25 a.m.
Caña was a resident of Naga City employed by a subcontractor working on the bridge in Paracale town, the report said.
Police are still investigating the circumstances leading to the laborer’s death and are not yet ruling out foul play. — DVM, GMA News
