Ayon sa pulisya, posibleng bumigay ang tali sa mga precast slab dahil sa sobrang bigat habang nasa taas ito ng ika-10 palapag ng ginagawang gusali.
Nagkataon naman na nasa ground floor ang biktima na agad na namatay matapos mabagsakan ng bato.
Ayon sa isang residente, hindi ito ang unang pagkakataon na may nangyaring ganitong insidente sa lugar.
Kuwento ni Protacio Tampus, noong nakaraang Disyembre o Enero ay may naganap ding naaksidente nang maputol ang kable ng crane.
Sa ngayon ay wala pa umanong nakakausap ang mga pulis na tauhan ng contractor at maging ang may-ari ng ginagawang condominium kaugnay sa nangyariang aksidente.
