(UPDATED) Sugatan ang isang lineman ng Meralco matapos barilin habang nasa itaas ng poste para magputol ng ilegal na koneksyon sa 13th Street kanto ng Roberto Oca sa Port Area Manila.
Ayon sa mga nakasaksi at sa tatlong police escorts nito, nakarinig sila ng isang putok saka nahulog mula sa poste ang biktima na kinilalang si Jobylen Salazar Hamile.
Nagtamo ito ng tama ng bala ng baril sa braso, at isinugod sa Manila Doctors Hospital.
Rumisponde naman ang ilang kawani ng Manila Police District (MPD) kasama ang Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, at ginalugad ang kalapit na gusali kung saan pinaniniwalaang pumwesto ang gunman pero nabigong abutan ang salarin.
