Former Senator Ernesto Herrera (L), president of the Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP) and Tony Ton Wong (R), president of UMICORE Specialty Chemicals Subic, Inc. display the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the company and the UMICORE Employees Labor Association (EULA-AMAPO-TUCP) recently signed at Blue Rock Resort, Barretto, Olongapo City as Roberto Flores, AMAPO-TUCP gen. secretary (behind Herrera), Arnaldo Pascua, EULA president (L), Lalain Pagalilaluan, UMICORE HR manager (R) and other witnesses look on. EULA is the latest of several new labor unions organized in the Zambales-Olongapo-Subic Freeport area. -Publisher
