SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, Nueva Ecija, Philippines – A construction worker died when the wall of a Catholic church collapsed here on Monday, police said yesterday.
Jomari David, a resident of Barangay Piut in Carranglan town, who was pinned under the collapsed wall, died at the scene from head injuries, said Senior Superintendent Crizaldo Nieves, Nueva Ecija police director.
The incident occurred before 11 a.m. at the San Sebastian church in Barangay Poblacion West. –Manny Galvez (The Philippine Star)
