A 46-year-old construction foreman was killed in a freak accident in Quezon City Sunday, police said yesterday.
The Quezon City Police District-Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit identified the victim as Ricardo Castillo, married, of San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.
Chief Insp. Rodel L.
