Kinilala ng Quezon City Police District-Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit ang biktima na si Marlon Dayandante ng Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City.
Ayon sa mga pulis, nagtratrabaho ang biktima sa 24th floor ng ito ay biglang nadulas at nahulog sa ninth floor. Agad siyang itinakbo sa kalapit na East Avenue Medical Center pero hindi na ito umabot ng buhay. Nagtamo ang biktima ng matinding bali sa katawan at sugat sa ulo. (Vanne Elaine P. Terrazola)
