Nagkalasug-lasog ang katawan ng isang construction worker na makaraang aksidenteng mahulog at bumulusok sa ginagawang 32nd floor ng Victoria De Morato sa Quezon City, kamakalawa ng gabi.
Nagawa pang isugod sa East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC) ng kanyang mga kasamahan subalit dahil matinding tinamong pinsala sa kanyang katawan kung kaya’t idineklarang dead on arrival ang biktima na nakilalang si Christian Rellama y Bolante, 25, may asawa, tubong Oas Albay at nakatira sa No.123 NIA Road, Brgy. Pinyahan, ng nasabing lungsod.
Base sa imbestigasyon ni PO2 Jim Barayoga ng Criminal Investigation Detection Unit (CIDU) nangyari ang insidente dakong alas-7:55 ng gabi mula sa ginagawang 32nd floor building ng Victoria De Morato na matatagpuan sa No. 40-Sct. Borromeo, Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon City.
Ayon sa naging pahayag kay PO2 Barayoga ni Roderick Regondo, malakas umano ang buhos ng ulan kung kayat sandali silang nagpahinga ang mga manggagawa hanggang sa makarinig umano sila ng kakaibang kalabog na nagmumula sa ibabang bahagi ng nasabing gusali at nakitang nakabulagta sa ika-9th floor.
