Nagkalat ang utak at dugo ng isang 30-anyos na ‘rigger’ matapos na bumagsak mula sa ika-31 palapag ng gusaling pinagta-trabahuan habang nagkakalas ng ‘boom crane’, kamakalawa ng hapon sa Binondo, Maynila.
Bumagsak umano ang biktimang si Efren Apostol, rigger at taga-1028 Buenavidez St. Binondo, Maynila sa roof deck rin ng katabing Ovek Building.
Sa imbestigasyon ni PO3 Alonzo Layugan,ng Manila Police District-homicide section (MPD-hs) naganap ang insidente dakong alas-5:20 ng hapon sa 31st floor ng 888 Lucky Mansion Construction building sa may Alvarado St. Binondo, Maynila.
Ayon kay Jefferson Borja, safety officer ng naturang construction building, kasama umano niya ang biktima at iba pang rigger na nagkakalas ng boom crane sa roof deck ng gusali.
Nasa flatform umano ang biktima nang mawalan ito ng balanse at mahulog sa roof deck ng katabing gusali.
Nabatid na nauna ang ulo ng biktima at sa lakas ng pagbagsak nito nagkalasug-lasog ang katawan nito at sumambulat ang utak sa sementadong sahig ng roof deck ng katabing gusali at natanggal ang suot na hard helmet.
