2 miners electrocuted in Camarines

LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines – Two miners were electrocuted when they accidentally touched a live wire in a mining pit in Paracale, Camarines Norte over the weekend.

Reports reaching Camp General Simeon Ola identified the victims as Ronel Vergel, 17, and Mark Angelo Beraquit.

Police have invited the owner of the mining pit, Susan Deviana, for an investigation. –
