2 welder nabagsakan ng steel plate

Aksidenteng nabagsakan ng ginagawa nilang steel plate ang dalawang welder kamakalawa dakong alas-nuwebe ng umaga sa Batangas City.

Sa nakalap na ulat mula Batangas City Component Police Station, nabatid na pinuputol ng mga biktimang sina Ismael Noche y Driz, 30-anyos at Arwin Alzate y Juego, 36-anyos, mga empleyado ng Presam Construction and General Servi­ces sa Brgy. San Isidro, Batangas City, ang steel plate(9×13 metersx19mm) ng Shell Gas Eastern Incorporated sa Barangay Libojo, nang mahulog ito sa kanila.

Mabilis na isinugod sa Jesus of Nazareth Hospital ang mga biktima, ngunit dahil sa matinding pinsalang tinamo sa ulo ay deklaradong dead-on-arrival si Noche, samantalang napinsala naman ang mag­kabilang binti ni Alzate.

Kasalukuyan ng nakalagak sa San Fernando Funeral Homes ang bangkay ni Noche habang nananatili pa rin sa ospital ang isa pang biktima.
