Ang Endo ay kakabit ng maraming panggigipit at pagsasamantala sa mga manggagawa. Low wages, disregard of labor standards, muzzling workers’ voice, thwarting unions. Inde makapalag ang aping manggagawa dahil alam nya na ‘pag nagsalita sya, tiyak Endo sya down the road. Race to the bottom talaga.

Dahil pababaan ng bid para mag-supply ng contractual labor, wala ng preno ang mga agencies para makuha lang ang labor supply contract. Ang resulta: sa bid ay parang compliant sa sweldo ang agencies, pero ang totoo, below minimum na ang pasahod sa contractual labor. Pipigain ng agencies sa workers ang nawala sa kanya dahil sa mababang bid. Tanungin nyo ang mga service providers ng telcos.
