19-anyos na buntis, patay sa umano’y pambubugbog ng ka-live-in

Patay ang isang buntis matapos umanong bugbugin ng kaniyang live-in partner sa Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Bago bawian ng buhay, nakatawag pa sa kanyang ina ang biktima at naikwento ang pangyayari.

Sa “24 Oras” report ni Susan Enriquez nitong Miyerkules, kinilala ang biktima na si Anna Galicia, 19 taong gulang, na napatay ng kanyang ka-live-in na si Carl David Asejan sa kanilang condo unit sa Alabang matapos ang isang pagtatalo.

Sugat sa katawan at ulo ang tinamo ng biktima na limang buwang buntis. Bagama’t duguan, nadala pa raw ni Anna ang sarili sa ospital. Pasado hatinggabi nang binawian ng buhay si Anna.

Naikuwento daw ng biktima sa kapatid ang ginawang pananakit sa kanya ni Asejan.

“Kuya masakit ‘yung katawan ko, masakit ‘yung likod ko. Nahihirapan akong huminga,” ang pag-alala ni Ryan Galicia na sinabi sa kaniya ng kapatid.

Kwento pa ng nakakatandang kapatid, itinanggi pa noong una ni Anna ang ginagawang pananakit ng kanyang nobyo nguni’t nung kalaunan ay umamin din.

“Oo kuya, sinasaktan ako,” dagdag na sabi ni Anna kay Ryan.

Nabanggit din daw ni Anna sa kanilang ina na kaya sila nag-away ng kinakasama ay dahil ayaw pumasok sa trabaho ni Anna, na isang call center agent habang si Asejan naman, walang trabaho.

Hinimok ng kapatid ng biktima na sumuko na ang suspek.

“Patuloy pa rin ang follow-up operation. Pwede pa naman siyang arestuhin any time. Kung sakaling hindi siya mahuli ngayon, ma-fa-file-an siya ng reklamo at mahihintay natin na malabas ‘yung warrant of arrest,” pahayag ni Senior Superintendent Dante Novicio, Chief of Police ng Muntinlupa PNP.

Homicide at intentional abortion ang isasampang reklamo laban sa suspek.
