Isang pahinante ng 14 wheeler truck ang aksidenteng naatrasan sa may BioMix PutingBuhangin Orion, Bataan. Natanggap ng Orion Rescue ang tawag ganap na 7:44am, ang biktima nasa 22 taong gulang, mula sa Pampanga ay inabutang nakapilipit ang katawan, labas ang bituka, may bali sa balakang. Agad isinakay ng ambulansiya habang sinusubukang i-revive ang biktima ngunit ideneklarang Dead on Arrival ng mga doktor ng Bataan General Hospital.
