Worker dies after falling from Makati building

MANILA, Philippines — A construction worker died after allegedly falling from the seventh floor of the PBCom tower in Barangay Bel-Air in Makati yesterday morning.

Police identified the fatality as Valaroso Rissan, a worker of MegaCity General Construction and Development Corp.

Senior Police Officer 1 Ronaldo Villaranda said Rissan landed on the side street at the corner of Ayala Avenue and V.A. Rufino street at around 9 a.m.

Villaranda said they have yet to determine if Rissan accidentally fell or jumped off the building.
