Mar 14, 2018 – SEXUAL HARASSMENT VICTIM IN HANJIN BELIEVES IN “For the union makes us strong …”

A 26-year old office staff in a Hanjin contractor today filed charges of “acts of lasciviousness’ against a Korean supervisor (foreman). She alleged these acts have been taking place for three years, the latest incident happening on March 5.

The case had passed through the Philippine-mandated CODI (Committee on Decorum and Investigation) process, where attempts to settle things were made. The furious unionist, emboldened by the union, decided that the Korean’s mode of celebrating women’s month was way off-base, and sought legal remedies.

Two other sexual harassment victims, also with first names starting with “M” [as in Matapang (brave)] are reportedly set to file charges.
