MANILA, Philippines — A painter died after accidentally falling from the 5th floor of a building in Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque City while performing his job, police said Tuesday.
The Southern Police District identified the victim as Armado Lawagan, 35, a native of Laguna. He was at the building to do his job when he fell at around 2:20 p.m. on Monday.
Police said the victim was rushed to the Olivares Hospital but was declared dead on arrival a few minutes later. /ee
