MANILA, Philippines — Nine party-lists may secure more than one seat in the next Congress, according to latest survey conducted by Pulse Asia.

The survey, conducted from May 3 to 6 with the results released Saturday, showed nine party-lists obtaining more than the two percent of votes needed to secure at least one congressional seat.

Based on the results, three party-lists – ACT-CIS (10.6 percent), Ako Bicol (6.72 percent) and Bayan Muna (6.07 percent) – could receive the maximum three seats allowed by law for each organization.

Meanwhile, the six others that obtained more than two percent of votes may receive two seats each.
