Ikinadismaya ito ni Trade Union Congress of the Philippines party-list Rep. Raymond Mendoza.

“A bit disappointed, yes, on the process, and we could’ve enhanced it from the version in the House,” aniya.

It will not solve the problem of ‘endo’ (end of contract) at ‘yung pangako ng pangulo ay nakapako pa din,” ani Josua Mata.

  • Walang sapat na kapital o investment ang isang job contractor;
    Direktang may kinalaman ang trabaho ng mga manggagawang kanilang sinuplay sa negosyo ng kompanyang pinag-suplayan, o;
    Kontrolado ng kompanya na suplayan ang trabaho ng kanilang manggagawa.
