11 August 2019 – TUPAS (Trade Unions of the Philippines and Allied Social Services) is NTUC Phl’s newest affiliate. TUPAS has
13,000 members in local unions in garments, electronics, plastics, food, and retail. It expands the center’s presence in NCR, Region 3 (Central Luzon), Region 4A (Calabarzon), Tacloban, Cebu, and GenSan.
President Vladimir Tupaz and General Secretary Romeo Arico are principal officers.
