23 Nov 2019 – NTUC Phl adds another 4,000 members with the affiliation of HEAL Phil (Health Employees and Advocates of Labor in the Philippines). HEAL Phil has 12 local unions in health services, construction and health-related manufacturing in NCR, Region 3 (Central Luzon), Region 4A (Calabarzon). This brings to three the center’s new affiliated federations since its founding in August 2018.
