18 babae nasagip sa ‘prostitution den’ sa Makati

MAKATI – Nasagip ang 18 babae matapos sugurin ng mga pulis ang 2 pinaghihinalaang prostitution den sa Palanan, Makati.

Ayon kay Police Col. Rogelio Simon ng Makati City Police Station, isang source ang nagbigay sa kanila ng impormasyon tungkol sa isa umanong prostitution den sa may Casino Street corner Bautista Street.

Isang agent ang nagpanggap na customer at kumuha ng isang babae. Tatlong libo ang siningil sa agent bago nito nailabas ang babae.

Dito na nilusob ang casa at naabutan ang 11 babae at isang lalaki.

Nagsagawa ng follow-up operation ang mga pulis matapos ituro ng isa sa mga naligtas na babae ang isa pa umanong casa sa kanto ng Araro Street at Emilia Street.

Sa sumunod na umanong casa, 7 babae ang nasagip habang may 2 Chinese at ilang mga lalaki ang naabutan.

Dinala sa presinto ang mga naabutang lalaki para isailalim sa profiling habang 2 lalaki naman ang kakasuhan ng paglabag sa Anti-trafficking in Persons Act. -Ulat ni Fred Cipres, ABS-CBN News
