MARIVELES, BATAAN —- Twenty-eight workers at a factory in the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) here have tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Hazel Keith Ellorin, FAB information officer, said the workers were placed in an isolation facility put up by FAB and the town government.

The infected workers were exposed to some coronavirus-stricken residents in a village here, Ellorin said. The factory had been closed for two days for disinfection.

As of Sunday, this town had 149 cases.
