MAYNILA — Nagbabala ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) sa malawakang recruitment umano ng mga aplikante sa mga dating app.
Nagsumbong sa NBI Anti-Human Trafficking Division si alyas “John.”
Nag-apply kasi siya sa isang trabaho na ipinost sa Facebook kung saan aabot daw sa P14,000 kada linggo ang sahod.
Pero nadiskubre niya na ang trabaho pala ay ang magkunwaring nobya ng kliyente na ka-video chat.
Bagama’t hindi raw kailangan maghubad, pero hinihikayat ang mga mahalay na pananalita.
Requirement lang daw sa trabaho ang maging open minded.
Kumikita sila sa pagpapahaba ng usapan sa video chat at kadalasan ay napupunta ito sa video sex chat.
Hindi naman daw pinipilit ang mga aplikante, pero nagkaroon na raw ng insidente kung saan binabantaan ang mga na-recruit.
Ayon kay John, daan-daan na ang na-recruit sa naturang trabaho.
Ayon sa NBI, nakipag-ugnayan na sila sa ibang mga ahensya para i-regulate ang online recruitment.
Bukod sa walang proteksyon ang mga empleyado, posibleng pagmulan pa ito ng cybercrime at human trafficking.
“Dapat ang mga magulang maging observant sa online activities ng anak. Na hindi nila alam at nagtatrabaho na o gumagawa ng hindi maganda sa tapat ng camera,” ani Janet Francisco, hepe ng NBI Anti-Human Trafficking Division.
Nagbabala rin ang NBI sa mga parokyano ng ganitong serbisyo.
Maaari raw kasi na magamit ang kanilang mahalay na video sa panggigipit o ibenta ito online.
