Cybersex den sa Camarines Sur: 14 menor de edad, nailigtas; 4 operator, arestado

Nasa 14 na kabataang menor de edad ang nailigtas nang salakayin ng PNP-Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit-Bicol, ang isang cybersex den sa Camarines Sur nitong Biyernes, Mayo 7.

Ayon kay PLt. Angelo Babagay, team leader ng Camarines Sur Cyber Crime Response Team ng PNP-Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit-Bicol, mula 2 hanggang 17 ang edad ng mga kabataang na-recruit sa online child pornography operation ng apat na suspek na residente ng Barangay San Antonio, Bombon, Camarines Sur.

Mga anak at pamangkin ng mga suspek ang mga batang nailigtas.

Hinalughog din nila ang bahay na ginawang cybersex den sa bisa ng apat na Warrant to Search, Seize and Examine Computer Data, katuwang ang PNP Women and Children Protection Center-Luzon Field Unit at Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division mula Camp Crame.

Nakakuha sila ng mga pornographic material at mga electronic gadget na gamit umano sa cybersex at online pornography.

May money transfer receipts din na narekober.

“Bibigyan lang kung magkano [ang] bata. Ang nag-profit itong mga suspect person. P5,000 ang bayad,” ani Babagay.

Ayon pa sa RACU-5, taong 2016 nang unang maitimbre sa kanila ang tungkol sa cybersex den, pero hindi sila nagkaroon ng pagkakataong ma-raid ito dahil sa pasulpot-sulpot lamang na operasyon.

Sinamantala umano ng mga suspek ang community quarantine habang pandemya ng COVID-19 at muling nag-operate ngayong taon.

Ani Babagay, nai-report sa kanila ang ilegal na operasyon ng ilang impormante noong Marso, kaya agad na tiniktikan sa loob ng dalawang linggo.

“May information din po na galing sa Australian Government na ito mga minor particular sa Bombon, may gumagamit sa online child pornography,” dagdag nito.

Inihahanda na ng RACU-Bicol ang mga kaso laban sa mga suspek.

Nasa pangangalaga na ng Bombon Municipal Social Welfare Development Office (MSWDO) ang mga nasagip na bata na sasailalim sa pyschological intervention. – Mula sa ulat ni Jonathan Magistrado
