– Continuing advocacy for implementing Phl laws and regulations
covering VnH (violence and harassment)
– Advocacy for regulations covering gaps in VnH law and regulations
– NTUC Phl Survey on VnH in the world of work
A total of 300 responses have been received from
manufacturing in the economic zones, food manufacturing, schools/colleges/universities,
bus transportation, gaming, banana plantation [by April 2025]
– Continuing negotiations for VnH provisions in CBAs
1. implementation of VnH-associated laws and regulations;
2. negotiations for enterprise-based mechanisms (EBM) against VnH in
enterprises;
3. negotiations for VnH policy in CBAs and enterprise/company regulations
