manufacturing in the economic zones, food manufacturing, schools/colleges/universities,
bus transportation, gaming, banana plantation [by April 2025]

Continuing negotiations for VnH provisions in CBAs
1. implementation of VnH-associated laws and regulations;
2. negotiations for enterprise-based mechanisms (EBM) against VnH in
enterprises;
3. negotiations for VnH policy in CBAs and enterprise/company regulations

to carry out the 2021 ILO Commission of Inquiry recommendations
against serious violations of
