Nakilala ang biktimang si Patricio Kitag Gao-ao, residente ng Sitio Tipong, Itogon, Benguet.

Sa inisyal na imbestigasyon ng Itogon-PNP, ipinasundo ni Janet Gao-ao ang mister sa kanyang kapatid matapos itong hindi makabalik mula sa pinagtatrabahuhang pribadong minahan.

Patay na si Gao-ao nang matagpuan ng kanyang bayaw sa loob ng tunnel na may lalim na 300 metro.

Lumabas sa post mortem examamination ni Dr. Oliver Guadaña na namatay sa gas poisoning ang minero. Report from Armenio Supang, DZMM Correspondent
