Labor Day Jobs Fair Opens Today

9.00 a.m., 30 April 2005, Covered Walk, Quezon City Hall, Quezon City

The “Jobs and Livelihood Fair” jointly sponsored by the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE), Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP), Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII)and the Quezon City Government will formally start tomorrow with simple opening rites.

The jobs fair will offer some 6,000 local and foreign jobs to applicants with 50 local and 25 foreign employers participating. The fair will run for two days, starting tomorrow April 30 to May 1.

Expected to address the program are Secretary Patricia Sto Tomas, Quezon City Mayor Feliciano Belmonte, and TUCP General Secretary Ernesto F. Herrera.

to carry out the 2021 ILO Commission of Inquiry recommendations
against serious violations of

Accept National Unity Government (NUG)
of Myanmar.  Reject Military!
