MANIbdo_life_infographic_final_fbe09fd6f2e547dea0ecf63fc3ac77ddLA, Philippines – For young, ambitious job seekers, staying too long within one company is becoming less of a career priority.

According to Deloitte’s 2016 Millennial Survey, those who were born between the 1980s to 2000s do not see themselves working in their current company by the year 2020.

Employee turnover rates in the Philippines continued to increase in Q4 of 2015, suggesting that companies may need to adapt to the latest job and workspace trends to retain and acquire new talent.

So what will make them stay?

What exactly entices 20 to 30-something year old job seekers to send in those applications?

Here is a rundown of the most favored perks that job seekers are looking for today.

Overall, finding meaning in one’s work and alignment with one’s aspirations are some of the most sought after features and perks that job seekers are on the hunt for.

Does your current job have any, if not all, of these perks?
