Construction worker patay matapos mahulog sa pinipinturahang tulay sa Isabela

ISABELA—Patay ang isang construction worker matapos mahulog sa pinipinturahang tulay sa Barangay Calao East ng Santiago City, Isabela Martes ng hapon.

Kinilala ang biktima na si Allan Talvo, 27 anyos, residente ng Barangay Villacruz sa San Mateo, Isabela.

Ayon kay Police Maj. Reynaldo Maggay, commander ng Santiago City Police Station 1, nagkakabit ng scaffolding ang biktima at isa pang trabahador sa tulay nang sumagi umano ang bakal sa live wire.

Nakuryente ang mga trabahador hanggang tuluyang nahulog.

Naisugod sila sa ospital, pero idineklarang dead on arrival si Talvo. Nagpapagaling naman ang kasama nitong si Alvin Bermudez, 22 anyos.

Napag-alaman ng awtoridad na ilang linggo nang nagtatrabaho ang mga biktima sa Calao Bridge na pinapipinturahan ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) 4th Engineering District.

Inaalam naman kung merong posibleng pananagutan ang contractor sa insidente.
