Last December 5, 2019 the CCBPIEU-NLU filed a “Notice of Strike” (NOS) at the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB)-DOLE Region III, San Fernando, Pampanga, in the wake of a “deadlock in negotiation” for the renewal of its Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for 2019-2022, on the principal issue of depriving fifty-eight (58) employees of a “Saturday premium pay” (SPP) which is extended to and enjoyed by similarly situated workers of Coca-Cola in other parts of Luzon.

6 Dec 2019 – BACK TO THE FUTURE:- COKE IS IT!

The CBA negotiation that started six months ago in July 2019 was stalled with the intransigent stand of the local plant negotiating panel and the top management of Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines (CCBPI) comfortably enscounced at its headquarters in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City.

How about spending Christmas in the picket line?
Spread the word, please. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year?
