Validation of the NTUC Phl/ITUC AP Mentor/Mentee Manuals

The ITUC AP/DGB/ATUC project on increasing participation of women and youth in trade unions and elsewhere (Phase 1) was completed in Dec 2021. Phase 2 focuses on capacity building for would-be mentors and mentees.

NTUC Phl NPC ERC reviewed the ITUC AP-commissioned manuals: BuildUp, LeadUp mentor and LeadUp mentee – to improve their application to a union/organization environment and realities in the Philippines

The workshop validated the manuals’ methodology and materials with participating WYTs. Priority topics for mentoring were identified by the federations and local unions.
