14 Feb 2024 – Pinag-isang Organisasyon ng mga Tagapangalaga ng Liham (POSTAL) became the 21st NTUC Phl affiliate, with the Center approving its affiliation in Oct 2023.  In 14 Feb 2024, POSTAL and the Philippine Postal Corporation (Philpost)  signed their collective negotiation agreement (CNA). POSTAL is the only accredited union with a bargaining agreement in Philpost
