Seaweed helps prevent weight gain

EASY to do, uncomplicated regimens are yours for the taking. How do I eliminate body odor, particularly athlete’s foot?

Overactive sweat glands are sometimes the cause of body odor. Bacteria grow abundantly in the sweaty areas of your body.

Use a natural, cleansing soap like guava. It has strong but gentle astringent properties and is effective in reducing odor by 50 to 75 percent.

Organic is best. There is one special formulation you may consider called EC27 which means effective control for 27 skin ailments, including psoriasis, fungal infection, etc.

For the vaginal area, use bubbles and lightly rinse. Generously lather the body for a total, clean smell.

If the athlete’s foot is offensive, spray with tea tree oil or gel.

Cover with cornstarch powder before putting on your shoes. Call the WOW store.

My hair is falling out at an alarming rate. How can I prevent baldness?

If it’s hereditary, work on saving your hair. There are no guarantees, but studies show you can defy heredity. Try the following:

Apply fresh aloe vera gel on scalp and massage gently every night before bedtime.

Massage virgin coconut oil immediately after.

Oral regimen:
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil every morning before or after breakfast.
B Complex, 50 mg, twice daily
Choline and Trositol, 1000 mg daily
Calcium, 500 mg, Magnesium 250mg, once daily
Vitamin C, 500 mg, twice daily
Cysteine, 100 mg daily

If messy regimens bother you, try Novuhair with aloe vera, available at Mercury Drug.

Slimming diet

Manage your thyroid, control your weight.

Prevent weight gain and loss swings by eating more kelp or seaweed.

Add two to five strips of seaweed or nori to your salad or eat as snack.

Take one capsule of lecitine and 500 mg of B6 daily with 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. This will cut down calorie intake effectively.

Relax

Shut off all electronic equipment (computers, mobile phones) for 10 minutes. Close your eyes and embrace your silence.

Affirm: “I choose life.”
