MANILA, Philippines – The Banco de Oro Unibank Inc. (BDO) has signed a five-year collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with the 12,000-strong Banco de Oro Employees Association (BDOEA), an affiliate of the National Union of Bank Employees (NUBE).
