CARABALLO, Manila Times, Jan. 31, 2017 Social enterprises in the Philippines are resurging, but the domestic policy environment is yet unresponsive to such growth, calling for greater government help in enabling them to contribute to inclusive growth, state think tank Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) said.
