PHL ranks lowest out of 79 countries in reading comprehension —global survey

By JULIA MARI ORNEDO, GMA News, 3 Dec 2019 The Philippines performed the poorest out of 79 countries in a reading literacy assessment conducted by the inter-government group Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Invoke Article 33 of the ILO Constitution against the military junta in Myanmar to carry out the 2021 ILO Commission of Inquiry recommendations against serious violations of Forced Labour and Freedom of Association protocols.
Accept National Unity Government (NUG) of Myanmar. Reject Military!
