HEAL Phil has 12 local unions in health services, construction and health-related manufacturing in NCR, Region 3 (Central Luzon), Region 4A (Calabarzon). This brings to three the center’s new affiliated federations since its founding in August 2018.

NATIONAL TRADE UNION CENTER (NTUC Phl)

NTUC Phl) is the succeeding organization of the 2015 Supreme Court-decided TUCP under then President Ernesto Herrera.

The group of 18 national unions and federations, with declared 300,000 members, conducted its founding Convention in Quezon City on 18 August 2018.

NTUC Phl is the same dynamic organization which labored to take in new national unions and federations after then President Democrito Mendoza resigned, and was Constitutionally-succeeded by then General Secretary Ernesto Herrera in 2012.

11 August 2019 – TUPAS (Trade Unions of the Philippines and Allied Social Services) is NTUC PHl’s newest affiliate. TUPAS has 13,000 members in local unions in garments, electronics, plastics, food, and retail. It strengthens the center’s presence and in NCR, Region 3 (Central Luzon), Region 4A (Calabarzon), Tacloban, Cebu, and GenSan.
